Due to the nature of our products they cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty for hygiene reasons.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if any of the items are damaged/faulty or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

We try to always resolve any order issues with replacements. In the event of a refund being issued please allow 3-5 working days for it to show in your account.
