Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and depending on the shipping selected at checkout will either be delivered in 1-3 working days. Sometimes delays can occur which are out of our control. Please contact customerservice@thebcollection.co.uk if your order has been delayed in transit.

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products for hygiene and cross contamination reasons.

Please contact us immediately. Any damage or faults reported to us after 14 days of the order date cannot be rectified. 

Yes, sustainability and being eco friendly is very important to us. All packaging is fully recyclable and we offer refills for many of our products.
