Apply a generous layer to cleansed skin (you can also use this mask on your neck), avoid your eye area.
Leave for 10-15 minutes while you practise some self care. Maybe read a chapter of a book, have a bath or simply lie with your eyes closed and breathe.
Submerge your Eco Discs in warm water and wipe away your mask.
